Payments held for review

The receiving institution reviews payments the network risk engine flagged. Release moves the money now; Return sends nothing and the payer keeps the money.

Loans at our bank

CustomerProductOutstandingInstallmentNext dueRepayment

Customers repay in their app or automatically. Each repayment is an on-us payment into our loan account, booked in the same transaction as the loan balance.

Merchant applications

Merchants apply online and choose us as their bank. We check the business registration, the owner's identity and sanctions lists, then approve: that opens the merchant account, issues the merchant ID and switches on QR codes in the ECACH directory.

Digital accounts waiting for full KYC

Customers who opened an account on their phone start at tier 1 (up to EC$1,000 per payment). Review their submitted identity documents here to lift them to tier 2.

Liquidity at the ECCB

Moves central bank money between our RTGS settlement account and our share of the FPS pool (camt.050). Outside RTGS hours it queues for the next funding window.
